By accessing or using BYOMailer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BYOMailer is an email marketing platform that integrates with your Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES) account. You provide the sending infrastructure; we provide the marketing tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and your AWS credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. AWS SES costs are billed separately by Amazon and are not included in BYOMailer's fees.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including contacts, email content, and templates. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and send to the email addresses in your account.
You provide AWS IAM credentials to connect your SES account. We store these credentials securely using encryption at rest. We only use your credentials to perform actions you initiate through the platform (sending emails, managing identities, etc.).
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Email delivery depends on AWS SES availability and your SES account status.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
BYOMailer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including email deliverability issues, SES account suspensions, or data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
